NOTICE FROM CITY OF KYLE UTILITY BILLING:
A vendor error caused some customers to receive duplicate bills or none at all. Missing bills have been resent. To reduce customer impact, the City is waiving late penalties associated with this billing cycle for affected accounts and is holding nonpayment-related disconnect activity for the applicable period while customers are given additional time to receive and pay their bills.
 

**Effective October 1, 2025: All credit card payments will incur a 3.91% processing fee.

**If your service was disconnected due to nonpayment, please call 512-262-1010 to confirm your payment and request reconnection.
